This Oceanarium is actually an aquarium which is located in a dramatic harbor site near Lisbon. The Oceanarium charges an entrance fee of around 9Euro. There is a reduction for the students. With the huge collection of marine life, the entrance fee it charges is worth it. If you want to reach Oceanarium, you have to take the metro to Oriente(Red Line). There is a good shopping mall called the Vasco Da Gama Shopping Mall which is one of the biggest shopping mall in Lisbon. The Oceanarium is very close to this mall.
