The Muslim Alcazar is located in the Cordoba city of Spain. There are walls built up demarcate the boundaries of the Jewish Quarter to the Arab Walls. From the Jewish side lies the Alcazar Gardens which flows along the river bank. These long stretch of walls are conserved in the city’s notified area, despite their formations might be of a much later period. The Roman and the Arab walls crushed accordingly. So around 15th century after the conquest by the Christian monarch, other monarchs ordered the reconstruction of the walls. |

| There is a museum at the 15th century Episcopal Palace. It is a unique several storied building with chapel and dining room as well a big. The Diocesan Museum of Fine Arts in Cordoba is located in Pleza Del Petro, a suburb of Madrid. The Museum operates from Tuesday to Sunday. Only on Monday remain closed. The timings are as follows: On Tuesday, the Museum operates from 15.00 hrs to 20.00 hrs. Wednesday to Saturday the museum operates from 0900 am to 20.00 hrs. Only on Sunday, the operation schedule is slightly different. It operates from 0900 am to 15.00 hrs. The tariff charged on entry to the museum is euro 1, but to the citizens from European countries are allowed free entry to the museum.
| The Muslim Alcazar is the same when it was located in the same venue where the above is located now. The building was upgraded during the Baroque period. Recently the building was remodeled for the Diocesan Museum. Just around the museum, where the exhibition palace is occupying was once the Church of San Jacinto and the hospital of San Sabastian. The construction of both the buildings reflects an outstanding piece of constructions. Just opposite to the mosque, there is a portico which is rated as the prominent gothic jewels in Cordoba. If anyone goes inside the Romero de Torres Hall, the visitor can get a feel about 16th century frescoes. |
