The Palácio Guedes Quinhones is a small palace constructed in the 17th Century and attached to the Hotel Real Palácio. For10 generations it was the residence of the Quinhones Family. In 1927 it served as the residence of President Sidónio Pais. The palace has been totally restored conserving its magnificent interior and quixotic atmosphere. The Hotel Real Palácio features 147 rooms, including suites, rooms especially designed for the disabled, non smoking rooms and anti allergic rooms. The hotel accepts the cancellations without any charge until 24 hours prior to the guest's arrival. In case of No Show, the Hotel policy is to charge one night of the negotiated room rate.
